Analysis
We begin by diving deep into your current diet and lifestyle, eating habits, activity levels, sleep patterns, and personal goals. This thorough analysis allows us to pinpoint key areas for improvement.
Adapting
In the Adapt phase, we'll have our first one-on-one consultation to interpret the analysis and collaboratively craft a personalised plan that fits into your life. You'll leave with clear, actionable steps and supportive resources. In our follow up sessions we'll review progress and design further adaptations that suit you and fit around your busy life. I'll work with you to make this simple, enjoyable and effective. You'll have access to my 'Menopause Blueprint' and I'll help you to make it work for you.
Advancing & Achieving
As you move into the Advance phase, you'll put your plan into action and you'll have access to me via WhatsApp for support. Share your victories, work through challenges,
This holistic, step-by-step approach ensures you're not just setting goals, but actually achieving them and be on your way to lasting, positive change in your health and wellbeing.

This support is tailored to help you achieve your personal goals. Here are some examples: a focus on energy, sleep improvements, stress reduction, improving diet, meal planning, weight loss, movement and exercise.

You will be required to complete the following actions for each stage:
Complete a lifestyle survey (15 mins)
Record your food diary using an App for a minimum of 3 days prior to your consultations. (a few minutes per meal)
Attend Zoom calls: 1 x 90 minutes at the start followed by 40 minute calls weekly (or to suit your preferences)

Based on your responses to these medical screening questions and your health goals, I may need to discuss your specific health situation further before finalising your participation in the 1-1 support programme.
In some cases, I may be unable to offer 1-1 support or refer you to another professional upon your request.
