How long will I have access to the Masterclass Recording?

You will be emailed a link to the recording and it will remain available for at least 1 year.

How do I reach out if I have any further questions?

You are welcome to email me before or after the masterclass with questions on [email protected]. You can also ask in the class itself either in the chat or during Q & A.

Do I need to join the telegram group after the masterclass to get results?

Not at all. You'll have the knowledge and resources to make changes yourself. The telegram group is an additional layer of support where you can join others on the same journey, use it for accountability, share photos of meals / see what other's are eating etc! It's optional and you can choose to pay for one month at a time.
