About Me!

After experiencing a very intense version of perimenopause I started on a mission to study how nutrition & lifestyle changes can make a difference to our experience and long-term health.

I discovered how our increased risks of breast cancer, dementia and chronic conditions CAN be reduced through simple, powerful changes.

I used my 20 years of education experience to design my own manageable system for 'upgrading' my diet and lifestyle without massive overhauls because real life has to go on, and now I want to share it all with you!
