I highly recommend using the tools and tracking methods that I share in this course so that you don't get overwhelmed, keep things simple and get organised.
Will I find this transition hard?
From experience, once you'v completed module 1 and really got clear on your own reasons and motivations you'll enjoy making the change as there are so many positive aspects to eating this way. You might miss certain foods at first but trying out lots of new foods and ways of eating will most likely quickly replace those feelings.
