I didn't know the perimenopause was making

everything a struggle!

I suffered terribly with anxiety, heavy periods, poor sleep and my confidence was on the floor. I didn’t realise that I was perimenopausal.

This photo is of me feeling that 'something's not right'. I went for a walk to try and figure it out. I was completely lost and this was in my late 30s! So perimenopause can start earlier than you might think. Most women notice a change in mid-40s but we push on through and it all becomes 'normal'.

It can happen gradually and start with one or two symptoms like slight changes to periods, feeling anxious and overwhelmed, losing confidence, weight gain, skin problems as well as digestive issues. Sounds joyous doesn't it?!

I saw multiple doctors about symptoms I was experiencing in ALL of these categories throughout my early 40s and no-one joined up the dots.

So after studying, researching and applying everything myself I created my own system for 'editing' my diet and lifestyle because my really busy life had to go on!

I discovered how our increased risks of breast cancer, dementia and chronic conditions CAN be reduced through nutrition and lifestyle edits.

Because I was so busy with juggling family life and career I used my 20 years of education experience to design my own manageable system for 'editing' my diet and lifestyle

without massive overhauls because real life has to go on!

and now I want to share it all with you!

FAQs

Will I have to spend ages learning?

No not at all, lessons are bitesized. You can access the content whenever you want over as long a period as you want! You may want to skip some lessons and go straight for what you need most urgently! I have created a one page Roadmap so you can easily navigate to whatever you want.

I am committed to creating new content and including everything I do inside the membership so we'll all be growing together.

Will I get 1-1 coaching?

This is a group coaching membership so that it is affordable. However you can ask questions and during the monthly live sessions I can answer questions via video and in the Facebook group.

As a member you have exclusive access to pay-as-you-go 1-1 coaching at a discounted rate once you are inside the membership!

I'm post-menopause, will this still help me?

Yes absolutely! I'm post-menopause now too. The whole transition from peri to a more settled post-menopause can be around 10 years! We don't just suddenly feel different when periods stop. Ultimately, everything I teach is how to manage your health as a woman by having super strong foundations that will last for life. Member ages range from 40-60+!!

Are recipes included?

Yes! There are nutrition guides and recipes to help you get started and a new recipe bundle featured each month with a different theme.

Ultimately I want for you to learn the principles so that you can adapt your favourite meals and keep everyone at home happy whilst boosting your own diet to meet your additional requirements for nutrients. You'll learn how to power up any recipe!
