Hi, I'm Jasmine!

I'm an educator and trainer who had a really rough ride with the perimenopause. It got the better of me and I went on a journey to heal myself that led me to study nutrition, women's health and start a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching Business.

Alongside being a busy Mum to 2 older teen boys I run a membership, support clients 1-1, run classes and create resources.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Does this come with recipes and meal plans?

A: No. The food framework provided within the Blueprint shows you recommended amounts of different food so that you can simply upgrade your existing meals at your own pace. This is to remove overwhelm and lead to sustainable change.

Q: Will I lose weight?

A: I cannot guarantee this. Following all of the guidance can support you on your weight loss journey by giving your body what it needs to function well. Weight loss during menopause requires a holistic approach and the Blueprint aims to give you insights in to where you may have excesses as well as gaps in your diet and lifestyle. Additionally, the foundations model can help you to recognise where you may be putting the brakes on your metabolism!

Q: Can I get more support if I need it?
