
After experiencing a very intense version of perimenopause I started on a mission to study how nutrition & lifestyle changes can make a difference to our experience of the menopause and long-term health.
I discovered so much IS possible when you work with your changing needs and fully embrace the science on women's health and ageing.
I used my 20 years of education experience to create a membership for women in the menopause transition where we change our habits and simply upgrade our diet and exercise without overwhelm!

Since a young age I always loved staying active and during lockdown I started doing home workouts and extensive research into different types of training.
I signed up for the Ten Tors and wanted to build strength. I started going to the gym, loved it and never looked back!
