After experiencing a very intense version of perimenopause I started on a mission to study how nutrition & lifestyle changes can make a difference to our experience of the menopause and long-term health.

I discovered so much IS possible when you work with your changing needs and fully embrace the science on women's health and ageing.

I used my 20 years of education experience to create a membership for women in the menopause transition where we change our habits and simply upgrade our diet and exercise without overwhelm!

I'm passionate about personalising training sessions to build your confidence and enjoyment of the gym!

 Since a young age I always loved staying active and during lockdown I started doing home workouts and extensive research into different types of training.

I signed up for the Ten Tors and wanted to build strength. I started going to the gym, loved it and never looked back!

My mission is to empower you to achieve your fitness goals and feel more confident in a supportive and motivating environment.
