As a lifelong educator I offer a range of experiences and programmes including 1-1 coaching and online self-study courses with pay as you go options.
Women's weight, particularly in mid-life requires a specific approach. Outdated diets and methods simply don't work for the long-term. Your body is changing and you need give it what it needs to become efficient at processing your food again.
I teach simple, effective and efficient methods that you'll remember for life.
To get you started I deeply analyse what's going on and create personalised plans that will work for you.

This is a one-stop online hub for women that want to get clear on where they're at, what it all means and how to power up and thrive during their 40s and 50s. There's no 'ifs or buts' ladies, it's happening and you CAN thrive through simple nutrition and lifestyle upgrades
This is a low-cost monthly membership of £7 with access to 1-1 sessions if you want them!
This is for you if you're ready to make change and would like more ongoing support for a minimum period of 3 months
These programmes include a set number of consultations, personalised meal and lifestyle plans, mentoring on-between, appointments and practical support tailored to your goals and specific needs.
I regularly run themed group events such as workshops on female health, children and family workshops plus short courses and classes focused on wellbeing, nutrition and goal setting.
