Hi, I'm Jasmine

I had a rough ride in perimenopause and transformed my struggles into expertise, blending personal experience with decades as an educator and advanced training from women's health expert Dr. Wendy Sweet.

My menopause education is bang up-to-date and focused not just on hormones but the whole picture; Our social situations combined with natural ageing processes create a unique set of health challenges for women in their 40s and beyond.
