It's an online hub of support with bite-sized video lessons, monthly support and recipes with a private community.
Members can also access 1-1 Coaching sessions on demand and a pay-as-you-go basis.

I study your diet and lifestyle to understand your personal situation and way of life to identify areas to focus on and improve for achieving YOUR goals.
You'll gain clarity on how your diet and lifestyle is making you feel and what to focus on to achieve your goals. We'll work through potential challenges for change through behaviour coaching.
Achieving sustained weight loss, gains in energy and wellbeing requires a plan that will work for you. Throughout the programme we'll create personalised meal and lifestyle plans and adapt as you make progress.
In between consultations you'll receive ongoing support and have lifetime access to a resources hub. You'll learn systems for healthy eating and managing your wellbeing for the long-term.
It's personal
The daily food and lifestyle choices we make are a result of a whole load of factors going on in our lives. Coaching is solution focused and enables us to co-design strategies that will work for you and are aligned with your specific goals. Off-the-shelf diets and fads do not account for your reality and can make you feel like you've 'failed'. Having a personal strategy is kinder and way more effective! Even in group settings I guide you through how to prioritise actions that will make the greatest difference to you.

I take this very seriously! With over 20 years experience as an educator I design experiences that get you excited and taking action straight away. Sharing knowledge and building your confidence as we go will mean that you will soon become your very own health expert. Teaching you about healthier options needs to be balanced with understanding your life and finding solutions that are going to work for you.

It is time for you to prioritise your health
I'll help you to understand how we find ourselves in patterns and ruts when it comes to food as well as self-care. I understand how hard it is to find space and will help you to set up your support system.
Within the first 2 weeks of working with me you'll understand what to focus on.
Navigating the overwhelming amount of nutritional advice can be hard work with so much conflicting information and none of it tailored to how you personally feel or how you live your life. Whether you're on a programme or just booking the intensive session I'll literally study you and help you to narrow down what to focus on to make the biggest difference. As you make progress we'll evaluate and adapt so that by the end of the programme you're in the driving seat.

Enjoyment of food that nourishes you is so important. Being on a programme means that we'll find the best way to incorporate foods that you like into the actions we create for achieving your goals. Whether that's to shift stubborn weight, get your mojo back, feel calmer, feel fitter or all of these!
