How I can help you

Education

Through the library of video lessons inside my membership and in-person classes I help you understand the fundamentals of menopause and how nutrition and lifestyle steps can help you.

Practical Support

Knowledge alone isn't that helpful! We need simple, practical steps that can fit around us and our busy lives. Complicated or unrealistic meal plans ultimately collect dust so we don things differently; we upgrade our meals and with it our mindset on self-care.

Personal touch

Through the communities and classes I create, I am always on hand for personal guidance. For members and class participants I also offer 1-1 dietary coaching packages.
